The Turff.com Web Site (the "Site") is an online information service provided by Minnetonka Realty, Inc. subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth below. Purchasing a real estate domain name at Turff.com

Your purchase will be the REAL ESTATE DOMAIN NAME ONLY WITHOUT CONTENT unless otherwise indicated. All purchases of our domain names are “As Is” without any warranty impressed or implied. Domain name sales may be posted on the Turff.com website and/or reported to various industry publications. Please let us know if you wish to keep your sale confidential.

We are constantly developing our domain names into websites, so please use the Contact Us form if you have an interest in a website along with the purchase of your new domain name. Assume no website goes with your purchase unless explicitly indicated.

Payment

Domain names with a price indicated may be purchased online via the “Buy Now” link. By default, all “Buy Now” purchases will be processed through PayPal.

If you do not wish to use PayPal, the following forms of payment may also be used:

• Bank cashiers check

• Wire transfer

• Credit card

• Escrowed funds through Escrow.com or another escrow service

Buyer shall be responsible for any and all taxes levied with regard to their purchase of a domain name.

Transfer of Ownership

Domain names will be transferred to the buyers account at Godaddy.com (the current registrar of record) within 24 hours of the verification of payment and of the buyers contact information. If the buyer wishes to transfer to another registrar, the domain name will be unlocked on the same day and buyer can initiate the transfer from his/her registrar of choice. Transfer from Godaddy.com to a new registrar usually takes about one week to complete.

Refunds and Disputes

As stated above, the purchase of our domain names are “As Is” without any warranty impressed or implied. All domain names sales are final and once the domain name has been transferred to the new owner, no refunds will be issued.

THE LISTING OF A REAL ESTATE DOMAIN NAME ON TURFF.COM DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE AVAILABILITY OF THAT NAME. Domain names may be listed on other venues at the same time as on Turff.com. If you pay via the “Buy Now” button and the domain is pending a sale to another party or for some reason, not available for purchase, you will be refunded the entire amount of your purchase.

Legal

Minnetonka Realty, Inc. its principals & employees shall not be held liable for any loss or perceived loss in connection with the use of this website or the purchase and/or use of any domain name.

All users, subscribers and visitors expressly agree to indemnify and hold harmless Minnetonka Realty, Inc., its principals and employees from any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages (including damages from loss of business, loss of profits, attorney fees, litigation or the like), whether based on breach of contract, breach of warranty, tort (including negligence), product liability or otherwise. The indemnifications and limitations set forth above are fundamental elements agreed to and accepted by all users, subscribers and visitors. The information and the goods and services provided from this site would not be provided without such limitations. Some state statutes may apply regarding limitation of liability.
